OSC Projects is an award-winning multidisciplinary Design Practice and Development Company that has claimed it's reputation in consistently breaking record prices within Sydney's residential property market.

The practice specialises in architecturally crafted developments beginning with design conception through to the realisation of habitable built form and space. A close relationship between architect and builder begins at the early stages of design, with open dialogue and thoroughly exploring possibilities that challenge site restraints.

Ongoing exploration of the architectural language and ideas with the builder allows for innovative and contemporary solutions, while still maintaining the poetics of the design scheme during the construction phase.

Our work is uniquely rich in detail and manual craftsmanship. We approach every project distinctively; being contextually responsive and adaptive to its surrounds. Our methodologies in the procurement process allows for harmonious and sympathetic responses to the built environment, without restricting the need for a modern and progressive approach to architecture.
